1. General Policy

Pure Haven Clean provides eco-friendly residential, commercial, and rental cleaning services across New York. We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time.

2. Booking & Scheduling

All bookings must be made through our website, WhatsApp, or phone.

Your appointment time is confirmed only after you receive a booking confirmation email/text.

Same-day or emergency cleaning requests are subject to availability.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours may incur a fee.

No-shows or cancellations at the time of arrival may result in a full charge.

If our team cannot access the property upon arrival, it will be treated as a cancellation.

4. Pricing & Payments

Pricing may vary depending on property size, condition, and selected services.

All payments must be completed prior to or on the day of service.

Additional tasks not included in the standard service may be charged separately.

5. Service Limitations

For safety reasons, our cleaners cannot:

Move large or heavy furniture

Clean high areas requiring ladders above 2 steps

Handle hazardous materials, mold, pests, or bodily fluids

Perform outdoor cleaning not included in the service list

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with any part of your cleaning:

Notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the area for free.

Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction, only re-cleaning.

7. Pets & Household Safety

Please secure pets during cleaning for their safety and comfort.

We use eco-safe, non-toxic products, but Pure Haven Clean is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities unless disclosed beforehand.

8. Damages & Liability

Our cleaners are trained, insured, and careful.

Any accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours with photo proof.

Pure Haven Clean is not responsible for pre-existing issues, loose items, or fragile objects.

9. Access to Property

Clients must provide safe and legal access to the property at the scheduled time (keys, codes, doorman access, etc.).

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, branding, and service descriptions — is property of Pure Haven Clean and may not be copied or used without consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New York, United States.
